I recently had a complete roof replacement done and the entire team did a wonderful job.  After the job was complete I noticed a few issues that needed to be addressed/corrected.  Michael and Danny were the main 2 folks that came out multiple times to address the issues and correct them.  Michael in particular made me feel that 1st Choice Roofing has a real customer advocate in my corner and is really concerned with Customer satisfaction.  I know that if I have any problems or concerns in the future, that I will have no issue getting them addressed. I had 1st choice put a new roof on my home 9 years ago. That experience with the company and the owner was great. They were competitive with a professional installation. This morning, after a hard rain all night, I discovered a small leak in the bedroom of my home. I contacted them, and they came out the same day. My roof is 9 years old and has gone through multiple tropical events; I was not expecting a warranty claim, just the service i got when they installed my roof the first time. They not only fixed the leak, but they also took care of some other issues at no cost. We had a few minor leaks in our sunroom and reached out to roofing contractors for estimates. Daniel stood out with his punctuality, and attention to detail. He thoroughly measured the area, inspected the roof, and provided a very reasonable estimate. He arrived the next day earlier than expected and completed the project promptly. 1st choice roofing replaced our roof 6 months ago and..... Exceptional work. Every aspect was explained before hand. The roof came out great and we have no issues so A++++++++ outcome. There was a bit of a curve ball with their supplier putting a lien on the house but 1st Choice had nearly daily communication with me and it was resolved in a few days.
